Shipping Policy

Order Time Frames
 
We manufacture all our body armor in-house from the ground up. All armor is manufactured to order and payments are processed at the time of checkout. As a result, spikes in armor due to unforeseen events or shortages in raw materials can come up from time to time. Please note we do our best to get all orders out on time or ahead of schedule. We have nothing to gain and everything to lose from delaying your order. We want you to have your items as quickly as you do, and as such, we want to make sure it is noted that we have two time-frames to gauge when an order will ship out. 
 
  1. Production Time: this time frame covers the time it takes to fabricate your order. 
  2. Processing Time: this is the time it takes to ship your order based on the volume of orders placed prior to yours. 
Please bear in mind not all orders have a production time, but all orders will be subject to processing time based on the volume of orders we are shipping out at any given time. Our processing time typically does not exceed 10 business days, however, this is an estimation, and things like holidays, sales, and changing political climates can all cause fluctuation. 
 
All orders are shipped out in chronological order and under no circumstance would someone get the exact items placed in your order ahead of you, should they have placed their order after yours. All items in your order will be shipped together once the longest production time in your order has been met. Most importantly, we will never trade quality for quantity. We sell a life-saving device and under no uncertain terms would we sacrifice our quality to get products out quicker. We understand waiting for your product can be a chore, but once you have it, we are confident you will be satisfied with the quality of product we turn out.

 

Return Policy

At Ironside®, your 100% satisfaction as our customer is always our goal. We understand that issues with orders may arise from time to time that needs to be addressed.
If you think there may be a defect with any of the products you purchased from us, please make contact using our Contact Us form and one of our Customer Service Agents will assist you. If you do not like the product we do offer returns for store credit or an exchange of the product(s) within 30 days of delivery for those that are returned in *NEW* and resalable condition.

Refunds will not be issued for products that were delivered as described on our website.

Once the request is submitted, a customer service agent will review the request and have a return label created via FedEx which will be emailed to you. We request that you include the return information sheet provided by our Customer Service Agent inside your return package.

After the product arrives at the Ironside Body Armor® facility, it will be inspected, and your request will be processed. You will receive your store credit within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility. If you desire an exchange, that order will be created within 3-5 days of your returned items being received in our facility and those items will ship out based upon their current advertised lead time, if any.

Sales of promotional, seasonal, discontinued, and clearance items, as well as e-gift cards, are all final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Return Instructions

If you would like to submit a return, please fully read the Return Policy above, submit a claim within 30-days of receiving your items, and follow these instructions:

1. Provide your name, email, order number, and the reason for your return in the Contact Us form.
2. A customer service agent will review your claim and send you a confirmation email stating it was received along with a digital copy of a return label and instructions. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the credit amount.
3. Upon arrival and inspection of the product, within 3-5 business days, you will either be issued store credit, or the exchange product order will be created and shipped within its lead time disignation.

Note: If a claim was not submitted via our website Contact Us form, the return will not be valid for store credit or exchange. Please make sure to contact us in advance to ensure the most timely and appropriate response.
